Fernando Medrano Rubio, founder of the MEDRANO company, began his profession of property manager in 1973 in Benidorm;
That year he started in his small apartment and in 1983 opened a new office, with 250m, on Avenida Montecarlo, 11 in Benidorm. He was the first administrator of the Valencian community to provide his company with a WANG personal computer whose CPU only 15 Kb of memory which he had to order as.

This office continues today, managed by two of his children and a great team of professionals who serve all the clients of real estate and administration with the best service.
